Salad:
Tender hearts salad with vinaigrette Strawberry jam / crab apple and walnuts.
Materials:
200g. Mix salad (arugula, aismpergk, French, red cabbage), ½ crab apple, 2kout. Tablespoons walnuts coarsely, peel Cretan gruyere.
Vinaigrette:
2 tsp. Soup Strawberry Jam, 3 tsp. Tablespoons balsamic vinegar 5 tsp. Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.
Execution:
In a bowl put the salad, the crab apple, walnuts and vinaigrette (since we’ve hit well in blender). Stir and serve in soup plate and add the peels from the cheese on top.
